4th annual Dig Missoula volleyball tournament held at Fort Missoula Park

Missoula, Montana – The fourth annual Dig Missoula volleyball tournament was held at Fort Missoula Park on Saturday.
It is considered largest of its kind where 300 people participate in the tournament.
“We’ve just got a lot of folks that know about us, and it’s somehow, the word has spread that, you know this is a tournament that people want to come to and it’s a lot of fun,” said Paul Standen, Dig Missoula president and tournament director.
The number of players at the tournament has doubled since its beginning four years ago.
Dig Missoula was established as a nonprofit organization with focus on bringing the volleyball to youth and providing club volleyball scholarship.
Standen said the idea to start the organization came due to his passion for volleyball.
