Gallatin County, Montana – Local law enforcement urges drivers to pay attention to the road and put away the distractions.

Summer days are considered to be the deadliest driving days.

Recent study from WhistleOut shows that Montana is ranked on third place in the country with most distracted driver.

60% of teen crashes are caused by distracted drivers.

“Cutting any distractions that you can out obviously cell phone, food, kids in the car, that’s one for me all the time, but just fully dedicating yourself to paying attention to the road in front of you,” says Sgt. Nate Kamerman.

Gallatin County Sheriff’s Office also reminds drivers not to sit behind the wheel if they’re tired.
