According to U.S. News & World Report, Billings Clinic is the best hospital in Montana

Billings, Montana – In its 2023–2024 Best Hospitals list, U.S. News & World Report rated Billings Clinic as the top hospital in Montana and a Best Hospital. Only two hospitals in Montana, Billings Clinic being one of them, have been ranked by U.S. News and World Report and met their stringent standards. Patients and their doctors can select the best hospital for them with the help of the rankings.

The 2023–2024 Best Hospitals rankings gave Billings Clinic high-performance scores in 11 different categories, the most of any hospital listed in Montana. As follows:

Only 12% of the hospitals assessed by U.S. News received the Best Hospitals ranking after evaluating more than 4,500 institutions, including 66 in Montana, spanning 15 specialties and 21 procedures and conditions. The clinical outcomes, standard of nursing care, and patient experience are only a few examples of the areas in which hospitals with the “Best” title excel.

Billings Clinic has received Leapfrog “A” safety grades and consecutive 5-star CMS Overall Hospital Quality Star Ratings in 2022 and 2023, two national awards honoring excellence in putting patient safety and quality first. Hospitals can use national safety and quality rankings like U.S. News and World Report, CMS Quality, and Leapfrog as useful benchmarking tools to feashowcase their strengths and spot opportunities to improve patient care and experiences.
