First Billings West girls defeat No. 2 Bozeman Gallatin with ease to maintain their lead in Eastern AA

Billings, Montana – On Friday night, Billings West girls basketball added its tenth victory of the year with a commanding 68-45 victory against Bozeman Gallatin.
Kourtney Grossman led the Golden Bears, who prevailed in all four quarters, and finished with 24 points overall.
Outstanding Gallatin freshman Jada Davis had 20 despite the defeat. Sydney Pierce of West had 15, and she dominated in the paint.
West was the No. 1 team in the most recent Class AA girls rankings from MTN Sports, and Gallatin tried everything to stop them, from a man to a press to a 2-3 zone.
West is now 10-1 on the year and has swept Gallatin. To 9-3, the Raptors lost.
