I Ho’s Korean Grill sponsors a fundraiser for the victims of the earthquake in Turkey

Bozeman, Montana – This Sunday, I Ho’s Korean Grill will hold a fundraiser to support the Turkish earthquake victims.
I Ho Pomeroy, the proprietor of I Ho’s Korean Grill, announced that all proceeds from meal sales between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. will be given to UMCOR, the United Methodist Committee on Relief, in order to help.
According to Pomeroy, UMCOR does not retain any of the funds; all of it is used to assist individuals.
Also, the restaurant is holding a silent auction with gifts from nearby companies. Pomeroy knocked on doors to ask proprietors if they would want to take part in the auction. She was given gift cards and a few goods from numerous local companies, including J.W. Heist Steakhouse, Blackbird, and Bozeman Hot Springs. Moreover, Ph.D. Skis sent a set of skis for the auction.
Pomeroy asserted that she believed it was our duty to aid those in need both domestically and overseas. She has already hosted a number of fundraisers at her restaurant, the most recent of which raised money for Ukraine.
“Sharing our wealth, our health, whatever we have and treasure. Sharing with other people in need is our responsibility, that’s what we do together,” she said.
The restaurant offers bibimbap, tofu pockets, sushi from Korea, and on Sunday, Turkish baklava.
