Presentation on Financial Exploitation at the Billings Public Library

Billings, Montana – Richard Heitstuman will be a guest at the Billings Public Library on Monday, June 12 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Community Room.
Richard will talk about how elders are taken advantage of financially. He will go over how to spot scam indicators, prospective ripoff targets, and potential perpetrators.
At the Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services, Richard Heitstuman oversees the Legal Services Developer Program as its project coordinator.
