Friday accident in Billings claimed the life of a woman

Billings, Montana – On Friday afternoon, a woman died in an accident close to Billings.
On Pryor Road, a Chevrolet truck was traveling quickly when it started to veer to the left and slide down an embankment.
According to the Montana Highway Patrol, the vehicle skidded across a ditch before twisting, flipping over, and coming to rest on its top.
A 39-year-old Pryor woman who was the driver was declared dead at the site. According to reports, she was not buckled up at the time of the collision.
Speed and alcohol are suspected contributing factors in the collision.
