Man in Billings facing charges after allegedly firing three rounds at a victim

Billing, Montana – After allegedly firing three rounds at another person on Friday night in Billings, a man is now facing charges related to the incident.
On Friday evening about 8:30, officers from the Billings Police Department responded to a call of a guy shooting at another individual on Mainland Road.
The person of interest was found to be holed up in a room at a hotel in the area.
After approximately forty-five minutes of resistance, the man reportedly surrendered, and the Billings Police Department was able to apprehend him. He was charged with assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment.
The condition of the victim has not yet been disclosed at this time.
