Over the weekend, Big Sky Chorus holds a fundraiser to support their work and music education

Billings, Montana – Established in 1955, the Big Sky Chorus was the inaugural Billings branch of the global non-profit Barbershop Harmony Society, whose mission is to preserve and advance American music.
“We all love to sing and entertain people using barbershop music,” said Marty Clague, the Director of Big Sky Chorus.
The organization is planning a fundraising event with vocal performances by various acapella ensembles in the Billings area.
“We pay dues, and a part of that money goes to outreach to public schools. Groups from out of state came to Billings a couple of years back to promote vocal performance, and demonstrate how unique acapella music is.”
Visit Big Sky Chorus for additional details about the group and the event.
