Police responding to a killing on Monad Road

Billings, Montana – The Billings Police Department is responding to a murder on Monad Road, according to Lieutenant Matt Lennick.
Lennick reports that at 8:40 p.m. on Thursday, police were called to the 2900 block of Monad in reference to a weapons allegation. Lennick reports that upon the arrival of law enforcement, they discovered the aforementioned house and managed to gain entry.
According to the lieutenant, a 29-year-old guy was found deceased when police broke in.
Detectives are taking charge while the inquiry continues. While the inquiry is going on, traffic in the immediate region is being restricted or diverted.
