Rentals planned for development in south Bozeman

Bozeman, Montana – The second stage of the development of a piece of land in south Bozeman will include roughly 160 rental units.
162 units, including townhomes, are proposed for this South University District phase, which is located east of South 19th Avenue and north of Stucky Road.
In order to draw older students or staff members of Montana State University, developer Ray Brown said they intend for it to be totally rental units.
“We do think that there’s potential to capture students as tenants but it’s more of a mature offering,” Brown said. “So targeting graduate students, faculty, staff, professors and early life stages of family formation as opposed to it being a purely student housing project.”
