Billings, Montana – After a reported shooting in Billings, a teenage boy is facing charges of assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment. The boy is 13 years old.
On Sunday morning, at 3:44 a.m., police in Billings responded to a gunshot that had occurred on Burnstead Drive.

BPD responded to shooting, located an apartment with several bullet holes in it. Investigation led to arrest of 13 year old male, who was remanded into YSC on charges of assault w/ weapon, crim endangerment.

After arriving at the scene, responding officers discovered that there were a number of bullet holes in one apartment.
The investigation led to the arrest of the 13-year-old boy, who was booked into the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.
