Teenager arrested after officers responded to a Billings apartment

Billings, Montana – After a reported shooting in Billings, a teenage boy is facing charges of assault with a weapon and criminal endangerment. The boy is 13 years old.

On Sunday morning, at 3:44 a.m., police in Billings responded to a gunshot that had occurred on Burnstead Drive.

After arriving at the scene, responding officers discovered that there were a number of bullet holes in one apartment.

The investigation led to the arrest of the 13-year-old boy, who was booked into the Yellowstone County Detention Facility.
