The I-90 eastbound between Billings and Hardin blocked by a disabled car in one lane

Billings, Montana – On Monday, a car that is unable to move is occupying one of the lanes on the eastbound side of Interstate 90 between Billings and Hardin.
According to the map that is included in the 511 road report that is provided by the Montana Department of Transportation, the incident can be found 3.50 miles west of the West Arrow Creek Road-Exit 469.
The following describe the condition of the roads in this area:
• Wet from Junction US 87 North-Billings-Exit 452 to 1-mile west of Junction US 87 North-Billings-Exit 452
• Slushy from 1-mile west of Junction US 87 North-Billings-Exit 452 to 4 miles west of West Arrow Creek Road-Exit 469
• Snow and ice 4-miles west of West Arrow Creek Road-Exit 469 to Wyoming State Line
