ATV crash in Laurel leaves man dead and woman injured

Laurel, Montana – A 4-wheeler ATV crash in Laurel left one man dead and a woman injured.
The crash occurred in the 11 block between 12th Avenue and 13th Avenue around 9 p.m. on Sunday.
The woman suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to a Billings hospital for treatment. HELP flight took the man to the hospital. He passed away later.
According to investigation report, the driver of the ATV was under influence of alcohol and speeding when the crash happened.
