Billings Board of Adjustment approved the relocation of Costco Wholesale store
Billings, Montana – The Billings Board of Adjustment has agreed to accept a site plan for the move of the Costco Wholesale store.
During a public meeting in Billings on Wednesday, it was discussed whether or not a Costco Wholesale store should be relocated from its present location on King Avenue to a bigger property on Zoo Dr.
A fuel station will be part of the development, with potential for future expansion.
It was required for Costco to resubmit their designs for the facility after making modifications to account for the existing infrastructure that was already in place in the area.
With the current parking situation, there is only parking in front of this store. The proposed designs would make parking available on all four sides of the store.
