Boo at the Zoo is canceled by ZooMontana

Billings, Montana – The recent winter storm has forced ZooMontana to cancel this year’s Boo at the Zoo event, the organization announced on Thursday.
Families have the opportunity to enjoy safe trick-or-treating at the yearly event, which was supposed to happen on October 28. Other activities, games, food trucks, and vendors are also available.
They announced the last-minute decision on social media, citing the cancellation of several of their vendors and a shortage of indoor space to relocate the event out of the bitterly cold and snowy weather.
“We don’t take this decision lightly and know many of you will be disappointed. We apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to bringing the event back bigger and better next year,” the zoo wrote on Facebook. “We will be handing out candy throughout the week.”
The zoo said that it will keep giving out candy all week long.
