Gun incident leads to arrest of a man

Kalispell, Montana – After a weekend incident involving a weapon, a man of Hungry Horse is being held in the Kalispell prison.
Sheriff Brian Heino of Flathead County says deputies were called to the Dam Town Tavern in Hungry Horse about 12:30 a.m. Saturday for reports of a disturbance involving a weapon.
According to a press release, when deputies arrived on the scene, a person identified as Daniel Christopher Walker, 33, of Hungry Horse, was spotted with a handgun.
Sheriff Heino said Walker was arrested for Assault with a Weapon, Criminal Endangerment, and DUI after speaking with people involved in the incident.
