No injuries reported after a Billings home fire

Billings, Montana – There were no reported injuries in a fire that broke out in Billings on Friday, according to the Billings Fire Battalion Chief.
Firefighters from the Billings Fire Department were sent to a report of a fire on Miners Place in the Heights.
According to the information provided by fire authorities, firefighters encountered heavy smoke coming from a multi-family home when arriving at the scene.
Residents were asked to avoid the area while crews responded.
