Storm damage and power interruptions from Monday

Billings, Montana – There have been multiple reports of power outages and trees that have fallen as a result of a powerful storm system that swept through Billings late Monday night.

There are multiple reports of power outages in the downtown area of Billings, which may be seen on the outage map provided by NorthWestern Energy. It is expected that a few hundred people do not have access to electricity.

It has been reported that large tree limbs have fallen onto streets and cars.

There is as of yet no information regarding the possible severity of the damage around the town.
